Sheba University College
Introduction
Sheba University College (SUC), located in Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia, was established in 2001 with the aim of providing quality education to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in the region. Initially, SUC began with diploma programs in limited fields of study. Over the years, the institution has expanded its academic offerings and now provides a wide range of programs at various levels, including TVET, undergraduate, and postgraduate degrees.
SUC operates under the larger umbrella of Sheba Education and Consultancy Services (SECS), which also includes sister institutions such as Sheba Academy and Honor Academy. These institutions offer comprehensive educational services from kindergarten through high school, ensuring a continuous learning path for students within the Sheba education system.
With a commitment to academic excellence, SUC strives to be a leading center of higher education in Ethiopia, focusing on market-driven education to produce graduates who are well-equipped to contribute to the socio-economic development of the country.
